Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of plenetsport.bet (the "Site") in relation to your use of the online betting and gaming services made available under the Planet Sport Bet brand to UK customers through the Planet Sport Bet version of the Site. By registering an account, accessing, or using the services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Notice, Responsible Gambling information, promotional terms, and any sport- or game-specific rules published on the Site (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the services.

Effective date: 6 November 2025.

Definitions

  • Operator: Playbook Gaming Ltd, a UK-licensed remote gambling operator which operates the Planet Sport Bet brand for UK customers via plenetsport.bet under UK Gambling Commission licence number 50122.
  • Site: The website located at plenetsport.bet and any sub-domains, mobile versions, or apps branded as Planet Sport Bet and directed at UK customers (including Planet Sport Bet).
  • Services: The online sports betting, virtual sports, and where offered, casino, live casino and related products provided through the Site.
  • User or Player: Any natural person who accesses the Site and/or creates and uses an account on the Site.
  • Account: The personal betting account you hold with us after successful registration and verification.
  • Bet or Wager: Any stake placed with us via the Site on any event, market or game, including sports bets, in-play bets, pool bets, and, where available, casino wagers.
  • Bonus: Any promotional value, including free bets, bonus funds, cashbacks, profit boosts, or free spins, credited to your Account subject to specific promotional terms.
  • Wagering Requirements: The minimum amount you must stake (or the number of times you must wager a Bonus or associated winnings) before Bonus funds or winnings become withdrawable.
  • Payment Method: A debit card, e-wallet, bank transfer or other method we may make available from time to time and which is registered in your name.
  • Business Day: Any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Services. It is a criminal offence in the UK for anyone under 18 to engage in gambling.
  • Location: The Services are intended only for individuals who are physically located in the United Kingdom when placing bets. We may use geo-location and other technologies to verify this.
  • Self-exclusion schemes: We participate in the national online self-exclusion scheme GAMSTOP (https://gamstop.co.uk). If you are registered with GAMSTOP or otherwise self-excluded with us or another operator, you must not attempt to open or use an Account. We will take reasonable steps to prevent such use.

Account Creation and Verification (KYC)

  1. Registration information: When creating an Account you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other requested details. You confirm that the information is true and relates only to you.
  2. Know Your Customer (KYC): We are required by law and by the UK Gambling Commission to verify your identity, age and, where applicable, your source of funds. Verification may include checks against third-party databases, credit reference agencies (for identity verification only), electoral registers and other sources.
  3. Supporting documents: We may at any time request documents such as a copy of a valid photo ID, proof of address (for example, a recent utility bill or bank statement), and evidence of source of funds or wealth (for example, payslips or bank statements).   4. Account activation: We may restrict your ability to deposit, bet or withdraw until we have completed our checks. If we cannot complete verification to our satisfaction, we may refuse to open an Account, suspend it, or close it and return any remaining real-money balance subject to legal and regulatory obligations.

User Obligations and Account Security

  • Accuracy and updates: You must ensure your Account details are accurate and kept up to date. You must notify us promptly of any changes, including change of address, name, payment details or email.
  • One account policy: You may not open or operate more than one Account on Planet Sport Bet. Duplicate Accounts may be closed and any Bonuses cancelled. Real-money balances will be dealt with in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
  • Password security: You must keep your username, password and any other security credentials confidential and not disclose or share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account unless we have failed to take reasonable security measures.
  • Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed without your permission, or used by a minor, you must contact us immediately using the contact details in these Terms. We may suspend the Account while we investigate.
  • Prohibited users: You must not use the Services if you are on any sanctions list, prohibited by law from gambling, acting on behalf of another person, or accessing the Site from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Acceptance

  1. Bet placement process: A Bet is placed when you select your desired event or market, choose a stake, confirm the Bet on the bet slip and see on-screen confirmation that the Bet has been accepted. Pending or processing Bets are not confirmed until acceptance is shown.
  2. Minimum and maximum stakes: We may set minimum and maximum stakes per Bet, per market, per event or per customer. These limits are displayed in the betting interface or otherwise communicated on the Site and may be changed at any time.
  3. Bet acceptance and records: A Bet is deemed accepted only once it appears in your betting history on the Site. Our records of all transactions, bet placements, outcomes and timestamps (operating on UK time unless stated otherwise) are conclusive unless shown to be incorrect.
  4. Price and market changes: Odds and market availability may change at any time before acceptance of your Bet. If you attempt to place a Bet at an outdated price, we may reject the Bet or offer it at the updated price for your confirmation.

Cancellation, Settlement and Errors

  • Customer cancellations: Once a Bet has been accepted, you have no right to cancel it. Certain markets may offer a cash-out or partial cash-out feature, which is at our discretion and subject to availability and technical constraints.
  • Void bets: We may void a Bet in whole or in part in circumstances including (but not limited to) event cancellation, rule changes, abandonment, obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors"), breaches of these Terms or applicable sport-specific rules, or regulatory requirements.
  • Palpable errors: If, due to an error (for example, human error, incorrect data feed, or technical fault), a market is offered at an obviously incorrect price or terms, we may declare affected Bets void and return your stake, or settle them at the correct price that should reasonably have applied.
  • Settlement rules: Bets are settled in accordance with the sports rules and specific betting rules published on the Site, which you should review before placing any Bet. Where no specific rule applies, settlement follows common industry practice as determined reasonably by us.

Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Interactions

  • Respectful behaviour: In any live casino environment, chat rooms, customer support interactions or social features, you must behave respectfully towards other players and staff. Insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, defamatory remarks and abusive language are strictly prohibited.
  • No cheating or collusion: You must not attempt to cheat, collude with other players, exploit software or system vulnerabilities, use bots or automated systems, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in any game or Bet.
  • Monitoring and moderation: Chats may be monitored and recorded. We may remove messages, mute or suspend chat access, freeze or close Accounts, or take other reasonable steps if we consider that your conduct breaches these Terms or any applicable code of conduct.
  • Technical issues: If you experience a technical failure while placing a Bet or playing a game, you should check your transaction history and contact customer support if there is any discrepancy. We are not responsible for your equipment, internet connection or device failures, but we will act fairly and reasonably in resolving issues within our control.

Bonus Terms

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  1. Promotional terms: All Bonuses, including free bets and free spins, are subject to these Terms and any specific promotion- or offer-specific terms ("Promotional Terms") displayed on the Site at the time of the offer. If there is a conflict, the Promotional Terms prevail.
  2. Eligibility: Bonuses are generally limited to one per person, household, IP address, device and payment method unless expressly stated otherwise. We may restrict Bonuses to selected players or segments.
  3. Wagering: Unless stated otherwise in the Promotional Terms, Bonus funds and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Only settled bets made with eligible stakes and on eligible products contribute towards wagering.
  4. Time limits: Bonuses, free bets and free spins may expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the Promotional Terms. If no timeframe is specified, we may apply a reasonable default expiry period and will describe it in the relevant offer description.

Bonus Use, Restrictions and Prohibited Practices

  • Eligible bets and games: Certain bet types, odds ranges and games may be excluded or contribute differently towards wagering. For example, low-risk bets, system bets, or certain casino games may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all. Details are provided in the Promotional Terms.
  • No cash withdrawal of Bonus value: Unless explicitly stated, Bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable. Only winnings from Bonus funds that have met all requirements may be withdrawn.
  • Combining offers: Promotions cannot usually be combined. Where multiple offers are available, you may need to complete or forfeit one promotion before participating in another. Any such rules will be explained in the Promotional Terms.
  • Bonus abuse: The following, among others, may be treated as Bonus abuse: using multiple Accounts, colluding with others, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profits, staking patterns designed solely to unlock Bonuses with minimal risk, or breaching any Promotional Terms. In cases of suspected abuse we may remove Bonuses, cancel associated winnings and close or restrict your Account, acting reasonably and in line with regulatory obligations.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Permitted payment methods: We may make available one or more Payment Methods including debit cards, certain e-wallets and bank transfers. Only Payment Methods in your own name may be used. In line with UK regulation, credit cards must not be used for gambling transactions, whether directly or through an e-wallet.
  • Processing and limits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or over other periods and are shown in the cashier section of the Site. We may change these limits at any time for risk management or responsible gambling reasons.
  • Funding and charges: Deposits will be credited to your Account once approved by your payment provider. We do not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees or currency conversion charges, for which we are not responsible.
  • Cryptocurrencies: As at 2025, we do not support deposits or withdrawals using cryptocurrencies on plenetsport.bet. If this changes, specific terms will be provided before such methods become available.

Withdrawals

  1. Withdrawal methods: Wherever possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same Payment Method used to deposit. If that is not possible, we may require an alternative method in your name and may carry out additional checks.
  2. Verification checks: We may carry out identity, payment method ownership and source of funds checks before processing withdrawals. This may include re-verification, even if you have passed checks previously, to meet anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
  3. Processing times: We aim to process withdrawals promptly. Actual receipt of funds will depend on the Payment Method and may take from a few minutes to several working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider or third-party intermediaries.
  4. Withdrawal limits and fees: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, along with any applicable fees, are displayed in the cashier section. We may limit the frequency or size of withdrawals for operational or regulatory reasons, acting reasonably and notifying you where appropriate.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

  • Use of funds: Deposited funds should be used for placing Bets before withdrawal. We may, acting reasonably, decline or limit withdrawals where we suspect deposits have not been used for genuine gambling activity and may be associated with financial crime or misuse of payment services.
  • Chargebacks: If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated on a deposit, we may suspend or close your Account, cancel Bets, and recover any winnings or bonuses funded directly or indirectly by the disputed amount.
  • Voided Bets and refunds: Where a Bet is voided, your stake will normally be returned to your Account. In case of any error or malfunction in a game or market resulting in an incorrect credit, we may adjust your balance to remove erroneously credited amounts and correct settlements.

Limitation of Liability

Our Responsibilities

  • Provision of services: We will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with our UK Gambling Commission licence and applicable law. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that odds, markets and game results are generated and settled fairly and that the Site operates in a secure and reliable manner.
  • Regulatory compliance: We operate under UK Gambling Commission licence number 50122. We will comply with applicable licence conditions and codes of practice, including those relating to customer protection, fair and open terms, and responsible gambling.

Exclusions and Limits

  1. What we are not responsible for: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
    • losses arising from your own equipment, devices, software or internet connection, including failures or interruptions;
    • losses due to your failure to keep login details secure or comply with these Terms, unless we have failed to take reasonable security measures;
    • indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill, which arise from use of the Site or Services;
    • any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  2. Maximum liability: Subject to the paragraph below, our total liability to you in respect of any individual Bet or gaming transaction shall not exceed the amount of the stake for that Bet or, in the case of an error affecting your Account balance, the amount of funds at issue.
  3. Non-excludable liabilities: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership and Permitted Use

  • Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, software, databases and underlying source code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property rights.
  • Licence to use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and Services for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

  • No copying or distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Site or its content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by law.
  • No reverse engineering: You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise access the source code of any software used in connection with the Site or Services.
  • Trade marks: The Planet Sport Bet name, logos, and associated branding are trade marks or registered trade marks of the Operator or its licensors. You may not use any trade marks without our prior written permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at https://plenetsport.bet/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy explains, among other things, what data we collect, the purposes for which we process it, the legal bases for processing, how long we keep it, your rights under applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), and how to exercise those rights.

Changes to Terms

Updates and Notification

  • How we notify you: Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance by email to the address registered on your Account and/or by prominent notice on the Site (for example, a banner or pop-up) when you next log in.
  • Effective date: Unless otherwise stated, changes will take effect on the date specified in the notice or, if no date is specified, when they are published on the Site.

Your Options

  • Acceptance of changes: Your continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • If you do not agree: If you do not wish to accept changes, you must stop using the Site and Services and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance, subject to any outstanding obligations or investigations.

Termination & Suspension

Our Rights to Suspend or Close

  1. Breach and risk management: We may suspend or close your Account (and, where appropriate, withhold or void Bets and/or Bonuses) if we reasonably believe that:
    • you have breached these Terms or any applicable rules or Promotional Terms;
    • you are involved in fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, collusion, cheating or other criminal or improper activity;
    • you have provided false or misleading information, or your identity or age cannot be verified;
    • your use of the Services presents a risk to yourself, to us, or to the integrity of sports or games.
  2. Regulatory or legal requirements: We may also suspend or close your Account where required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or instructions from the UK Gambling Commission or other competent authority.

Your Rights to Close or Exclude

  • Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. We will process your request within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding bets or investigations.

Consequences of Termination

  • Account balance: Upon closure of your Account (whether by you or by us), we will, subject to any legal, regulatory or contractual rights of set-off or withholding and any ongoing investigation, pay out any remaining real-money balance to you using an appropriate Payment Method in your name.
  • Bonuses and promotions: On closure, any unused Bonuses, free bets or other promotional benefits that cannot reasonably be honoured will normally be cancelled, unless we are obliged by law or regulation to deal with them differently.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Contacting us first: If you have a complaint about the Services, you should contact customer support in the first instance using the details set out in the Contact Information section. We will handle complaints fairly, transparently and in line with our regulatory obligations.
  2. Escalation to ADR: If your complaint relates to gambling and remains unresolved after following our internal complaints process, you may refer it to our independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service), via https://ibas-uk.com, in accordance with their procedures. IBAS's decision is made independently but does not prevent you from pursuing legal remedies.
  3. Court proceedings: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under local law, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services.
